Hi, I’m Elisa – a certified Kangoo Jumps® instructor passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and happy in their bodies.
My fitness journey started from a simple desire: to find a workout that is effective and fun. When I discovered Kangoo Jumps, I fell in love instantly. The energy, the music, and the incredible community feeling inspired me to turn this passion into a mission.
Through my classes, I aim to create a supportive and uplifting environment where every participant – regardless of fitness level – feels welcome. My sessions combine cardio, toning, and choreography designed to burn calories, improve endurance, and boost mental wellbeing… all while having fun.
Whether you’re joining to lose weight, get fitter, relieve stress, or simply enjoy an hour for yourself, I’m here to motivate and guide you every step (and jump) of the way.
