    • 7.5st/45kg and 8.6st/55kg – Light shells + TS-XR6 springs (cut the middle band by leaving both side bands)

    • 8.6st/55kg and 10.2st/65kg – Light shells + TS-XR6 springs

    • 10.2st/65kg and 11.3st/72kg – Light shells + TS-Pro7 springs

    • 11.3st/73kg and 12.6st/80kg – Light shells + TS-Pro6 springs

    • 12.6st/80kg and 13.5st/86kg – Hard shells + TS-XR6 springs

    • 13.5st/86kg and 14.4st/92kg – Hard shells + TS-Pro7 springs

    • 14.4st/92kg and 15.5st/99kg – Hard shells + TS-Pro6 springs
